The emotional, financial and physical stress one experiences in a divorce can be devastating. But it doesn’t have to be. Our team of professionals are here to show you how with a Collaborative Divorce.

Most think a typical divorce to be a fight which requires a “bull dog” attorney to get as much as possible from their spouse. This creates a high conflict environment that destroys a family and eliminates any civil conversation between spouses. High conflict divorces can go on for years, cost tens of thousands of dollars and wreak havoc on a couple and their family.

An approach to divorce that isn’t threatening where a couple can create their divorce plan together in the same room. That approach exists and is called Collaborative Divorce. Collaborative Divorce is a process where each spouse hires their own legal representative and agree to stay out of court. Several other professionals are brought in such as Certified Divorce Financial Analysts to help with asset division, therapists to help with emotional roadblocks and custody evaluators to assist with parenting plans. The clients and professionals all meet together to build a divorce plan that works for both sides. The process saves the clients time, money and emotional trauma during one of the most difficult transitions of their lives.
