Holly practices exclusively in the area of family law, resolving issues of child custody and parent-time, support, property distribution and related issues through mediation, litigation or the collaborative process. The issues family law client's face are often the most significant and foundational issues in their lives. Holly especially enjoys representing people in collaborative cases because the collaborative model gives people added confidentiality, ownership and unique investment in their case. Collaborative cases often proceed more efficiently to resolution, which saves her clients' time and attorneys fees. Her practice focuses primarily on high net worth and complex asset division cases including business and asset valuation cases. She is also trained as a Private Guardian Ad Litem, focusing her practice on aiding parents in making informed and child focused decisions regarding their children in custody cases. Holly is an alumnus of the University of Utah, SJ Quinney College of Law and was admitted to the Utah bar in 2009. Holly is a partner at Utah's premier family law firm, Dart, Adamson and Donovan where she has a dedicated practice group of highly skilled attorneys and staff to provide the best possible representation to her clients. She has been consistently named one Utah Business Magazine's Legal Elite, a peer nominated award, and she sits on the board of the Women Lawyers of Utah.
