Christina Zavell, Esquire is a licensed attorney and a court rostered Domestic Master Mediator and Domestic Mentor. She has mediated hundreds of family law and probate matters. She is a Brown University and Suffolk University Law School graduate. She is trained in Collaborative Law from the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), in Eldercaring Coordination and as a Guardian ad Litem. Christina has focused her continuing education on high family conflict and family systems work. She is a past board member of the Utah Chapter of the AFCC and Park City Utah Bar Association. Her practice specialized in high-conflict family systems issues in divorce, modifications of parent-time, parentage, custody, “Gray Divorce” and probate.

Christina has a network of professionals to assist families, particularly pro se families, with valuations of assets, tax implications, retirement distributions and the emotional issues that often surface during the dissolution of a marriage or changes to family systems upon divorcing. She is a huge proponent of the collaborative process and believes it can save families thousands of dollars in legal fees. Christina has a long history of community service and enjoys being outside in the mountains or on the golf course whenever she is not working!
